Need recommendation for property developers in Newcastle

Hi, I am looking for a reputable development company based in Newcastle to construct 4 townhouses on a piece of land.

Would anyone be able to recommend any reputable locally-based company which might be able to assist?

Have you found one yet? Are you building low end or high end? Rent or sell? I often look at builders info whenever I see building sites- commonly sees HCH, Valley homes, buildingwise.

hi, I haven't decided on one yet. Current DA expires in another 2.5 years so I think I will start the project in about 1.5 years time. I am looking to build high-spec, 2 storey townhouses. Depending on my saving and cashflow situation during that time, I will decide whether to hold all 4 townhouses and collect rent or sell 2/keep 2. My goal is to turn these townhouses into long-term income-producing assets.

I am considering Property Bloom, but that's more because I haven't seen other recommended options yet. Still hoping for more recommendations from local residents in Newcastle.

I've used Valley Prestige Homes twice and been very happy ... but we have an odd arrangement where they build to plastered and sanded for me, and then I finish off (often using his trades without the mark up).

But we simply got on brilliantly on a personal level, so it isn't on offer to all.

They do build multi development, don't do "spec" and can line you up with a draftsman if required

From my experience - 4 townhouses are pretty straightforward.

Try SNL Building and Mavid Building.... I've had experience with both.

It's not a corner block. It's on a rectangular block of 850m2 with a frontage of about 17m.
