NSW need help to deal with Dodgy pm

    I'm not quite sure on their recovery process, but I've seen the RTA pay back the Lessor/Agency for incorrectly refunded amounts (i.e. from their own funds, not recovered money).
    Fortunately this hasn't happened to me so I'm not entirely clear on the process, but I can find out from a colleague if anyone is curious.
