Need help refinancing block of strata townhouses

    Hi team

    I just wanted to get an idea of a few lenders and IO investment rates out there for a block of x6 strata titled townhouses I just built. Located in a major city.

    I’ve been advised by my accountant that I only need to refinance 4 units as security to cover the remaining debt, leaving 2 titles without a mortgage.

    Have been advised CBA is my best bet to take on 4 titles in the one complex. Any one else have any other ideas?

    Most lenders will have an issue with the security concentration. There will be a few lenders that can consider. From memory should fit with BOQ and Macquarie.

    If they are strata titled take them to 4 different lenders.

    Thanks folks. Will give Macquarie a go. Their fixed and variable rates look very attractive.
