    I'm fortunate to be considering an offer to purchase my business but the timeline is fast so I need some quick advice - does anyone know an accountant that fits this bill: specialising in ways to structure a business sale to minimise CGT

    @Paul@PFI should be able to assist. quick advice on a business sale. the analysis of the small business CGT concessions and whether you might be able to get the profits out tax free isnt usually quick.

    expect fee estimates as well between $5k to $10k for advice on that type of matter.

    Good question. And VERY important. I have seen some people get it wrong and face a massive tax bill when its possible that this can be vastly reduced - perhaps even $0 sometimes.
