    Welcome to the Forum Amitcfc.

    What is your budget?
Will this be a house for you to live in or an investment property?

    If you feel comfortable sharing:
    • What is your income?
    • Married? Single? Any dependents?
    • How much deposit have you saved?
    • Are you buying on your own or jointly?

I don't know much about Diggers Rest but I know there's a lot of land out there. I would look for something close to the train station and shops.

Going forward I think Diggers Rest will perform really well in the long term, especially once that airport rail connection comes in. Try and buy something that's on a decent piece of land with subdivision potential.
