    Hi Patrick
    The difference between this and any other property is that you can't put a price differential based on a better or worse location. So build on a busy road away from anything and it doesn't cost the resident a cent less than beach front next to a Westfield.

    Hi Everyone, does any one know who to talk to in South Australia for more advise regarding building new NDIS housing in South Australia.

    Any help would be great.

    We are working on no at this stage. Social distancing etc works in construction and can be controlled well.

    The PM said he wasn't going to shut down low risk businesses.

    But I might have to self isolate

    I have been researching SDA for a while now and an interested in doing a development there.

    We have stuff coming in Wyong, Cessnock and the Hunter.

    Hello RPI, I am new here, just searching for more info on NDIS and went through this whole thread. There is a lot of useful information there and thanks for that. In terms of the demand, is there a common place where anyone can find the information, for a particular area/region?
    What is your opinion about the demand in Port Macquarie?

    Google NDIS COAG Quarterly reports. The NDIS changes their URL's so often that putting a hyperlink will just mean a dead link soon.

    The Appendices say how many people have SDA in their plan and how many properties they are

    Another 2 properties handing over this week. Tenants moving into 1 on Monday. 30 plus inspection booked for next week for the other one.

    Hi RPI, Are you able to give me some advice from a particpant perspective re buying their own SDA. It is very hard to get information in this arena and I have a few questions re property ownership. Does your organisation do head leasing? I look forward to being able to talk with you regards this.

    We are happy to help with design and builders etc.
    The SDA rules apply as a provider exactly the same as the do for you. This means it will cost tens of thousands of dollars in audits, compliance etc.
    All SDA property must either be leased (long term) or owned by the provider.
    Happy to discuss and help. We offer some free advice etc to people wishing to build for themselves.
    Bank Australia was offering to use SDA payments as income for participants.
