I used to , but haven't kept up in quite a few years. Its surprising to hear that clippers are a half decent team now.

    Champion - GSW
    MVP - Kevin Durant
    Scoring Champ - Kevin Durant
Most Disappointing Team - LA Lakers

I think KD is in for a big year.

KD is definitely in for a massive season.. New coach as well so hopefully they stop relying on so much isolation and actually have an offensive system.

Clippers have a DEEP team, and also have a great coach.. and a new billionaire owner (Steve Balmer - Ex CEO -Microsoft).. its a shame about those new uniforms though..

Oh man - this is my thread! I took today off to watch the opening season games.

    Champion - OKC
MVP - Lebron (AD will be close)
Scoring Champ - Carmelo (he's going to go nuts this season - and he doesn't have to share the scoring load with anyone)
    Most Improved Team - Celtics
Most Disappointing Team - Tough one......possibly Houston.

Yep - roster is heaps better than last year. I hated watching the second unit last season - Rivers running the point, J Smooth jacking up crazy shots and Big baby/Turkoglu just looking lost.

Although they've got two nut cases on their team now - Lance and Josh Smith....so will be interesting to see how they fit in. They will let the Truth out for clutch playoff minutes.

East is going to be Cavs/Bulls.

West is tough - but I feel as if it's OKC's time. If their big 3 stay healthy - they will make a deep run. Westbrook is a freak!

I think injuries are catching up with his pencil thin frame for durant.

The tanking Sixers will be disappointing again this season. Few young teams coming up - Jazz and Magic. The Wolves are on the up also

KAT is for real, beastly for someone so young and raw!

    Warriors look menacing early.

Yeah, Okafor is also scoring like he's been in the league for years, his rebounding has been really poor though so need to lift that area big time, defense is never going to be a strength you wouldn't think.
