    Sorry for beling late.

    Blink called me next Monday explaining they put my rental to other landlord due to glitch. They will get my money back.

    It took several more days to hit my account. Anyway, not best service I got.

    Will stick around for a while .

    It sounds like they receipted the rent to the wrong owner which was a human mistake and not a "glitch".

    Still, they should have seen the arrears because of this and then contacted the tenant to have this sorted it out beforehand.

    That is why you have the protection of the Security of Payments Legislation. Engage with the legal department from the master Builders Association NSW or your own trades body and pull them into line. An agent cannot contract if they aren't holding sufficient funds on behalf of the owner and as they are dealing with IPs you have a whole different court system to work through.

    This is an honest mistake.
    Sometimes with rental payments tenants will put the wrong property code and rent can goto the wrong landlord. It always comes out in the wash, but can result in a timing inconvenience.. Don't sweat the small stuff lol
