Being with them for years. Service normal. Didnt look around though. But now things get me upset. Blink property doesnt do anything after tenant arrear for one month. I have to figure out myself from statement. Called the office and they have no idea . Cant even talk to PM or Nicole for things like this. They promise to call back and nothing happened. Very sad. Being a good investor doesnt mean a good company nor service. Be aware . I will update here if anything new happen.
