Being with them for years. Service normal. Didnt look around though. But now things get me upset.

Blink property doesnt do anything after tenant arrear for one month. I have to figure out myself from statement.

Called the office and they have no idea . Cant even talk to PM or Nicole for things like this. They promise to call back and nothing happened.

    Very sad.
Being a good investor doesnt mean a good company nor service.

    Be aware .

I will update here if anything new happen.

If the arrears isn't handled corrected, your insurance may not cover you when you need to claim on rent default.

If possible, try to get the rent back on track.

Whats the damn point of insurance and a property manager if its not covered

This is what gets to me

And yet the pms speciality is to manage the property and yet many cant even do the basics and on top of that they arent legally responsible.

    Astounding

    Same as anything
    - what's point of lawyer if they don't defend you?
    - what's point of mechanic if your car doesn't go?

Of course something is pointless if they don't do their job properly. They can be held responsible.

If a mechanic forgets to screw your wheel nut and it falls off and damage occurs. The mechanic will be held liable (with the right lawyer)

If a lawyer stuffs up they also can be held responsible

I had a pm who forgot to do an inspection report (guess who had to pay for the cleaning and mowing becuaze they left the house in a mess)

I had a pm tell me oh the tenants are signing up today and moving in tomorrow

6 weeks later when i enquire about rent "oh i forgot to tell you. They havent signed it yet. ( guess who pays the 6 weeks mortgage with no rental income)

    True.
You get feedback like this and people start to see it, will have second thoughts about going with them in the future.

Sorry to hear your misfortune and so disappointing that Nathan spends so much time promoting his group of companies when the service is not up to scratch. Of course there is always two side to the stories but once the stories keep mounting up, it's hard to ignore that there may be an issue.

    Any updates yet for you?

Vote with your feet, I highly recommend @Nick Valsamis who has posted above. We moved 2 properties to his care and have been extremely happy with his service, knowledge and professionalism.

Worst Agent In Sydney, Nicole who runs this place is a piece of work and shouldn't be anywhere near a property, I'm owed so Much money from works done for them. I went to their office in St Mary's only to be yelled at by the "Licensee". I wasn't leaving until i got my money only to be told it'll be a long wait and to get comfortable. I Currently have a Fair Trading claim in progress.

Why would a property management company not pay its trades people if work is done as required and job done?

No reason unless they did some shady stuff and paid themselves instead of the trades person.

There is enough info on the old and new forum to make a well informed decision.

@flosed ensure that you are documenting everything in writing and detail your concerns to the licensee and what you action you expect and in what time frame.

If nothing still happens, the register a compliant to NSW Fair Trading either online or via telephone.
