I will try to make it very simple, ten years time you put a d9 bulldozer through both properties, flatten everything,2 vacant lots,nothing to do with land values zone limits just who's name or names is on the title,so who do you think makes the most after tax dollars when the time comes to sell?.

Also, do you recall the savaging that 24yo "property guru" lady got a few weeks ago with her news advertorial? Good publicity stunt, and people were all over her and it wasnt just SS/PC people.

 

I saw the thread and did not read past Perhaps 1 paragraph, and got bored ********. Have no interest in this, I assume she ripped people off?. Don't know ?..

Do you think people need to take responsibility for their actions? Them world is full of dodgy people or dodgy strategies

That was exactly my point surely we can diffrenciate topics about his success in investing and opinions and experiences about his property management businesses and discuss without attacking him as a human being.

 

And all his other businesses?

 

170 properties = 169 first home buyers dreams crushed like a paper cup.

 

I am pretty sure he counts a 40 bed motel as 40 properties but I cannot confirm it.

Yes they were.

But, if you look at the type of properties Nathan has bought...99 out of 100 FHB's won't even look in those areas, or at those types of properties.

What needs to happen is to get ACA, or any lefty-handwringing and/or entitlement media service to get 20 FHB's looking to buy right now, survey them on a list of say; 50 of Nathan's properties (before they were renoed) and ask them to select one of those properties that they would buy.

Then, broadcast the whole survey on the teev in a 7.00pm timeslot....I'd personally like to see it aired on Q&A. ACA would also be good.

What a pisser that would be.

But of course; it won't happen, because it will show every FHB in that survey in a bad light I'd expect, and won't give that victim aspect that those shows so love..

 

I actually watch ACA for the lol and go really, yes it waste 1/2 hour of my life but the amusement form it is well worth it whilst eating dinner or just to turn my brain off for a little bit.

 

I try to avoid these shows, I find myself yelling at the TV as if the person on there can hear me. I am fairly intelligent and whilst I know they can't hear me (and it's not even live anyway) I still continue to do it

My worst are the ones where something involves kids like a show last night on obese kids, the parents make comments like "some kids just eat bad stuff" and "It's not my fault", I was yelling things like "Stop feeding her crap!!!" and "Don't ask her nicely to get off the laptop and listen to you, just grab it and smash it in two, then she will listen".

Now that I read that back it's probably a good thing I never had kids lol.

As I get older I become less tolerant for stupidity (which most of the ACA style shows are showing), I don't do this on purpose it just happens, I am slowly starting to realise no one chooses to be a grumpy old many, time just morphs us into it

Next stop for me is sitting on the porch whittling wood

 

The part that I hate and I keep calling Tracey a liar is when she will say 'coming up next on ACA ....' at 7:25pm and then she says 'Tomorrow on ACA ....)' like come on Tracey it is more like coming up next on ACA an ad on tomorrows segment.

Did you see the extreme savers one the other night? This woman in the US (of course) didn't want to pay for a dentist to remove a tooth so she had her husband do it in their own home!!!!!.
