And yet, they would have been better off if they'd purchased out there without him.

Typically a large %age of that type of client base wouldnt have taken action on their own in my experience of this sort of work for over 20 years, they would often still not have done zip.

The pseudo mentoring aspect of services such as this cant be underestimated to overcome the inertia that many have.

Thats not endorsing or rubbishing any group that does this type of work just demonstrated fact to me

100000% true. I would say alot of those buyers that used him have made a big amount of money now but if they were to do it themselves they would still be sitting on the sidelines.

Its just how many ppl are. Fence sitters.

So why are there so many haters???

    Is He any different from

    Michael Yardney
    Dymphia boholt
    Helen Collier

I have heard many good and bad stories on the above gurus

So do we need to take responsibility for our own choices? No point banging on it? If you got burnt, did you learn, or did you repeat the same mistake??

Yes! He openly shows disdain for lots of people, everyone that's not doing what he's doing is an "idiot" and there are just a plethora of unethical business practices that have been voiced in this thread.

The same certainly isn't true about Michael Yardney in recent years/decades (though obviously unethical behavious spanning back many years ago, that he has paid for). The other two I don't quite know enough about to make any claims.

Not every has bagged him out. AND he's no longer a member of the forum, so why would he respond? Sorry, he's never been a member of this forum, it was the Sommersoft Forum he was a member of, many, many years ago now.

I've never bagged him. Always congratulated him.

He is in the 0.0001% of ppl willing to take chances like he has and he's done extremely well now.

I recently sold a small commercial property I'd bought through Nathan.

I took a $30k loss, after making big losses through 75% of the time I owned it (small profits the other time).

So it cost me going in, holding it, and selling it.

    Sorry to hear this
I guess CIP can be higher risk dependent on price point, lease, location etc

I see lots of smaller CIP on market, but would not touch them as too risky.

I only invest in CIP with blue chip clients, WALE 10 year.

I did not realise NB was buying CIP

    Ouch!

I'm betting you're feeling much better now that you've offloaded it though.

From memory Geoff bought this CIP in a regional area so probably not very good growth prospects even though regional resi properties have generally performed well recently

I’m surprised he’s still in business. Although, I would expect his volume and market share is a shadow of its former self.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Him and me are of a similar age, but I'm much happier being where I am (random guess, my networth being 10% of his), since I haven't stabbed anyone in the back to get here.

I don't think he is too worried about whether he has stabbed anyone in the back, and to speculate, he may even consider it a trophy that would increase his happiness...

But yeah, my happiness in this respect is fine. I do not need to increase my net wealth at ANY cost.
