I have nothing against NB but it took me 15 mins on pricefinder to see that some of the types of purchases he's made for clients in Cairns are not going to make money.

Yes you are right, ultimately it is up to the buyer to ensure they aren't buying a lemon, but when you are paying $10k to someone and asking them to do this for you then surely it's a cop out if they are simply trying to make a quick buck for themselves.

Have thought the same thing @euro73 and think it most times I hear these guys rabbiting on. I love it when they start commenting on financing, almost with out exception it is not accurate and info gaps are prevalent.

    I agree with this

No way would NB be able to accomplish the same result like he did now, due to the APRA changes and suchlike. Not sure about most other people but I am at the stage where I have to use Liberty and there is no way I can keep on acquiring properties.

Still at the end of the day, it's life and people that take the risk and stress are the ones that are rewarded.

I love these hypothetical questions.... at the end of the day you need to be buying, he found a niche market and then the rest is history..... BOOM

Agreed. You can only play with the cards you are dealt. He turned up aces, that is all.

I like these sort of questiins as they illustrate whether it was skill luck or guts. Or a combination and to what extent

    Scary little buggers.
I saw some tourists swimming in the ocean on the drive from Cairns to Port Douglas last December... crazy.

Question is how many people did he screw over to get there. But each to their own.

I've seen how he operates. It doesn't sit right with me ethically.

Yeah, all good to make money from property.
Starts to get a bit murky when it crosses into spruiking property for clients.

    Hey Xxx,

I wanted to alert you to a BIG OPPORTUNITY that has just come online ...

Normally, I'd only share deals like this with Binvested Investors, however, this is a perfect opportunity for home buyers, so I am opening this to all our subscribers.

Together with my team, I've secured half a block of units in Penrith.

I know what you are thinking, Nathan Birch is totally against off-the-plan, what's going on?

Well hear me out, you won't regret it!

Why is this a big deal?

These units are available to you at WHOLESALE PRICES!

That's right, NEW PROPERTIES FOR UNDER MARKET VALUE. You won't get this kind of deal in the open market.

    Here are the details:

    • Total price $452k (comparable sales $550k)
    • Boutique development located in the heart of Penrith CBD
    • Only need a 10% deposit ... property will settle within 12-24 months.
If you want one of these as a first home or an upgrade you need to act fast! There's only a limited number available and they're going to be snapped up quickly!

Register your interest here to find out more.

Feel free to share this with anyone you think might be interested.
