Hi Im interested in the qld property market to invest. More specifically rental property. First time investor. Looking for an area that has good or potentially good growth in property value. What you guys think of Narangba, deception bay or caboolture area. And pls let me know of other potential areas.
Hi Shan We develop Specialist Disability Accommodation in this area in Robust category primarily. Robust is for those NDIS participants with behavioural issues likely to lead to property damage, so builds use impact resistant material. The reason we build in Narangba and Caboolture area for these is that we can access larger blocks, further away from neighbours. I wouldn't buy in any of those areas for capital growth reasons.
You can purchase a much better quality asset closer to Brisbane in that sort of a budget. What had you select this area?
Check out Acacia Ridge or Inala. Or if you increase your budget slightly you could buy two properties in Ipswich or Logan with great yields. Depends on how long you're planning to hold?
Narangba .. i haven't been there for about 10 years so i am guessing a bit but sort of midway between Caboolture , Redcliffe , and Northern Brisbane , chance at urban sprawl embracing that property , traffic MIGHT be a problem depending on where the occupant works for me (if i was interested but i am not ) price would matter both to buy or rent looks like nowhere now , could be Urbania within 10 years if the migration policy leaves the flood gates open
Add Loganlea then close to the station. We recently picked up one in the red zone just over 800m2 for early 4's. Asking price was 600k+
Yes, but kind of info on the web? What is it about Narangba and Caboolture that makes them especially attractive as an investment. It is obvious that Deception Bay is on the coast.
