    They don't use brokers, they're online.
    Ok for vanilla type deals, not good for anything outside the easy deals.
    Take a look at their eligibility criteria - 75% Max LVR $2.5M max lend, $100K min household income (self employed not allowed)

    Nothing too especially about that, there are other lenders offering the same variable rate for 80% LVR with less restrictive policy and true offset accounts which are covered by the gov guarantee
