As part of the marketing my RE agent has asked me to come up with a name for my 3 unit development in Croydon, Vic.

Have not used this strategy before, its pretty simple by naming the development it gives a perception of exclusivity. I guess it cant hurt.

Did a little more digging, surprising many do name their developments.

If you have any suggestions for a name please post I am keen on some input. I cant think of anything at the moment.

    MTR:)

Taj Mahal? all jokes aside, make it reflective of the product and relative to your target market

Maybe do a little research on the area/buyer demographic and come up with a concept/name that would resonate?

I was trying to work this out, its near the Dandenong's, leafy, hilly area.
Many Asian buyers, downsizers interested in this area.

Maybe use a name that encapsulates both the Asian culture and also vegatation of the landscape. Something like 'Orchid East'. Where orchid is the Chinese flower that represents Spring and also symbolises perfection. East being the direction from city.

Just something to think about. :)

We have named our JV apartments in Mindarie. I wouldn't have thought to do it for a triplex but for apartments I think it's a really good idea.
We went with the street name as it's very pretty
