What are your reasons for choosing to compare them?

Do you have owner occupier as well, or is this the only property?

    Why those two?

Nab are better with future rate reduction requests.

    Cheers

Depends on what you need and not only what you need now but also in the future, especially if looking to build an investment property portfolio.

No not at all - just curious as to why they’re the two options you’re considering. Nothing wrong with those lenders.

    Cheers

So if your mortgage broker suggests either these two, what then?

Is it all about the rates?

Best to ask the broker why they were recommended.

It's not all about rates, but it is a major factor

I thought you had a broker who recommended St George for the OO refinance?
Are you no longer working with that broker? If not I reckon you should speak to a good one who can actually recommend based on your specific financial situation and intent.

Ask the broker WHY they recommended only those two lenders...
