I'm going through passwords etc and realise I never use MyPost. I can still log in.

Does anyone use this? I'm thinking I can delete my account rather than have it sit empty.

    It's redundant. A failed campaign.

Just use your regular email account to get notified of bills and take it from there.

Thanks @datto. I think I signed up years ago and when I googled it seemed to not have taken off, so I'll try to close it down. I just didn't know if anyone used it. I get most bills via email already.

I had a quick look online and Mypost is still used for tracking parcels and other post services.

However, when it was introduced a few years back I recall that mypost was to be a secure site where people could view and pay bills.

And I do recall that large businesses had to pay for the service. Seems like a waste of money to me. For example, when I want to view and pay council rates I just go the council's secure website and pay. No middleman need.

I didn't even know it was used for bills, but it's useful if you ever need to redirect a parcel while it's in transit. It can only be done through MyPost.

I thought you need to use it for parcel locker pickups etc?

I used to pick up parcels at a locker but haven't done that for ages now. Perhaps that's why I joined, but I certainly haven't used it for years.

I used it this week to extend my Mail Redirection. Saved me going to the Post Office.
