    Thanks for sharing.May I please ask how do you identify the land can be rezoned?what kind of research do you do and what resource do you use to get information ?maybe local council website?Thanks

    Yes local council details what can be done with every parcel of land in their area.
    To DA
    Then either
    Sell, JV build, or subdivide and sell.
    Market is so bad atm, I’m waiting for some certainty with the election.
    I like the Labor “cash for the rich” housing program.
