    While it may not seem wise now that you've gained experience, you've used the learnings well for subsequent investments. And clearly, it hasn't hindered your progress - a very impressive story:)

    No, I didn't use any BAs, didn't listen or watch any podcast or YouTube.

    Though I'm assuming by the post that your family and at least some relos may be involved in RE investing.

    You've done awesome mate if you had to go back. Would you of kept some of the properties you flipped or use the same strategy?

    Thanks, i would definitely have kept them all except for the Glenorchy because it was very old.
