    Hey Jesse. Was looking for a while. Could have gone quicker but I was having some trouble with my Equity pull so that set me back a little. This property took 6 weeks to settle and the tenants have been in for 2 weeks now.
    The PM rang me on a Wednesday night and told me she had something that hadn't hit the market yet that fitted my criteria, so my wife and I drove all night Friday night to buy.
    We new that we were going to buy just based on the numbers. Anyway we bought this before hitting the market.
