    Who wants to be average?

Exactly, keep feeding your super. If you can aim for 80% of your gross income from super (use the calculator on your Superfund website) , you'll be laughing. IP income will be a bonus.

cBus over 39 years has returned better than above growth. Even with no more contributions and taking inflation into account your retirement will be comfortable.

    $150k at 29 is heaps

My body will be stuffed in 10+15 yrs though. I want to be a stay at home dad when we can figure out how to make a child, wonder what it'd do if I left it at 250k

    Lots wiser people than me.
Your Super looks sorted even with minimal contributions for another 10 or 15 years.
I would be investing spare money outside Super to FIRE
Owning a home outright at retirement is a good idea too

We've just bought a second house so debt reduction is the next step. PPR is 200k off being paid off, I was hoping by 30 we'd be debt free but came here and subsequently bought an IP instead! We're pretty boring people when it comes to spending money, I laugh when our highest weekly spending is donations. We got zero financial help from our parents other than a good stable home life.
