Fair enough. I sit down once or twice a year to go through various things with my local broker. Don't use them for the range of items you do.

I obviously don't spend enough time in the chat room!

While your at it and with that sort of hardstand you could always add one of these modified shipping containers

@pinkboy congratulations. Sounds like a great deal. I recall speaking a few years ago when you were looking.

These are a few pics of the blast booth we constructed in early April. It's currently operational and so far so good. The dimensions of this booth is 14m wide x 5m high x 12m depth. Its 3x the size of my old blast booth. Currently we are spraying in here also (when not blasting), and in some makeshift container enclosures in the main workshop area.

In a month or 2, we will build new big spray rooms in the main shed to work to a higher capacity at least 3-4x more than we ever have been able.

Currently we are using any spare time to fully enclose the shed (the side windows are being completed now being sheeted up), plus we need to sheet up above the blast room because the rain gets in and pools a bit on top. Next weeks job I think.

Once we get the spray rooms up, Ill do another photo update of the space utilized. The yard needs a bit of a tidy up also, because we have also been working on site and reasonably busy with workshop work.

The move has proved marvellous so far, even with a horizon of work still to go.

@Keen novice - very dependent upon the location and needs thorough research but expect $1000+ in most retail strips, easily double (& more) in strong shopping centres or prime high streets (eg better suburban locations like Mosman, Double Bay, St Kilda)
