The solid area's continue to rise in value, but don't usually make large jumps. Slow and steady wins the race. Although saying that it's about time Brisbane did have a big jump as we need to play catch up with our southern cousins. This is exactly what happened back in 2001/2002 if you ever look at the capital growth figures for suburbs in Brisbane. jobs growth has held Brisbane back compared to Sydney and Melbourne but this in on the mend. I reckon it's coming it's just a matter of when.

Have a house coming up for rent in a good, inner ring north side suburb in Brisbane soon. Ad's already up online.

So far, I wouldn't say the rental market is hot yet or even warm for that matter. Still a renters market but the stats seem to suggest it's balanced. Time will tell but things are still slow up there.

Haha. That's one guarantee in life. Things happening in background - will know more in coming weeks that will either help/hinder the outcome.

Here is another one..it looks like the growth will filter out to Moreton Bay ..well a lot more prononunced way shortly.

Also....older units in the foodie suburbs will also do well..I have mine around Annerley...a question of when not if....they will go up. .....

Will you be going down and H & L packages in Brisbane as you did in Melbourne?

63 percent clearance rate in Brisbane this weekend that's pretty massive for Brisbane. A big bidding war on a blue chip property in the inner west won by a Sydney family. That's not uncommon.
