My anniversary day

    Today is the 2 year anniversary of me settling my first Airbnb'ed property (and it's still going super strong).

    It also happens to be the 1 year anniversary of me discovering our dream PPOR.
    Some of my happiest moments...

    Happy anniversary :D

    Ps. If I view my airbnb listing now on my phone, I can't see my star ratings. Airbnb are always tweaking stuff, but what the?!
    Star ratings are really important....

    Congrats, Gockie!

    Friday was 2 years since we purchased our PPOR. And we also bought another apartment on Friday! I told the agent this fact, I wonder if that helped get it across the line? :)

    P.S. We will be airbnb'ing the new apartment (we also airbnb'd our PPOR for 6 months before we moved in with great success!)

    Ps. I have gone back to the brother in law... their new son's inheritance may be affected by any negativity....;) (he's the ripe old age of 3 weeks old... maybe he's lacking sleep....)

    Never expect any sense out of new parents for at least 6-8 weeks, and probably longer! They are either sleep deprived or totally wrapped up in the new arrival!
