    twitter Will need to be transparent regarding spam and bots which they say are less than 5%.
    My guess is this maths is much higher…… he will strike a low ball deal or he will walk

    One would also have to be extremely naïve to think that bots and fake accounts were less than 5%. Even as an outsider, I would've thought the number to be around 40+%

    I expect he has the best lawyers to cover his bases. In the meantime twitter losing value, getting trashed

    ……. And Here lies the issue, twitter has claimed 5%, probably in the contract??? Musk team has identified at least 4 x what twitter is claiming, more like 20%.

    But it will all unfold over coming months

    Why I say twitter needs to be transparent as it will impact on share holders

    I wholeheartedly agree and thought I'd just make a harmless example of why freedom of speech isn't always good!

    Edit: I just saw that evil censorship deleted a whole bunch of my posts, so back to topic.
    I definitely believe that if musk buys Twitter, it will make the world a slightly worse place.
