    Hi everyone,

    Just wondering if there are any lenders, besides the big 4, who will lend for multiple titles (which includes 3 titles with land)? I am having trouble refinancing with the newer lenders e.g. Homestar, and also non-big 4 lenders, Macquarie.

    I guess the focus on rate vs flexibility on security type may be an issue here

    Can you pls explain what 3 titles with land means ?

    3 houses on 3 titles, 3 vacant blocks etc ?

    Sorry for the late reply! So its 3 titles with vacant land and one title with a house on it which are currently under the same mortgage.

    I've tried with a few non-big 4 banks and haven't had success.

    I guess I just wanted to know if there is anyone who has successfully refinanced through smaller lenděrs before.
