    What part ?

    Multiple sub accounts that offset one loan or loan split

    Vs

    Multiple offset accounts that offset multiple loans or splits.

    So in effect one offset vs multiple offsets.

    Ok, I see what you are saying - the obvious. I though you were implying there were some tax issues.

    You can have one loan being offset by 9 offsets.

    Yep - AMP is pretty good in this space with multiple offsets and for debt recycling/structure with their global limit facility.

    Firstmac also allow one offset for each loan or split.
