    No surprises...45 min train to the CBD, Westfields, Hospital, TAFE; access to M4 and Great Western Hwy...

    Well, it was affordable and has the benefit of very good transport (trains, roads)... go Western Sydney!

    These high prices will just push more bogans up to the central coast. Either that or they'll start living in their clapped out car. Hope the heater works, it's bludy cold out there!
