    Hi all,

Have any of you moved your property from a Long-term (6 to 12 month) rental to an Air BnB Listing, and has it been effective? Keen to know how it worked out for you.

Also, is it worthwhile considering Air BnB as an option in the current COVID climate?

    Thanks.

I can't comment on the first question, but I'm aware of a lot of casual rentals being switched to regular rentals. I know a PM who is actively marketing to people looking to switch from AirBnB to regular rental.

You would certainly be swimming against the current starting up an Airbnb property now. It will be a fair while till the short stay market makes a come-back.
