Thanks for the recommendation ... some of Junior's friends saw it and thought it was awful, but perhaps they don't "get" the Terminator thing

Junior's friends might need to revisit the original and T2, so they have a bit of context.

On the other hand, maybe they walked into the wrong cinema by accident, and, somewhat confused, it took them a while to figure out that Frozen II had really jumped the shark...

Watched Ready Or Not on Saturday, absolutely brilliant. Well worth your time.

We watched 3022 last night with Miranda Cosgrove, Omar Epps and Kate Walsh. This one however is not worth your time.

Gotta disagree with you re Dark Fate.
If you enjoy uninspiring, bringing nothing new to the table, bland actors & characters and average action then yeah, go see it. It has flopped massively for very good reasons.

Honestly, you're better off just re-watching the original 2 Terminator flicks and enjoying them for their brilliance.

2019 mmm... pretty average IMO, but some interesting flicks have come out.
    I'm looking forward to these...

Saw that; very good. Classic Eastwood.
A little similar to the character he played in Gran Torino.

Fair enough, but I assume you didn't like "Dude, Where's My Car" or the 218th rerun of "Bird on a Wire" either?

But, OK, I take your point.

We went to see Fisherman's Friends. Fisherman's Friends (2019) - IMDb

I admit to being a little biased because I enjoy choirs and a capella groups. We enjoyed it as a light entertainment piece with some good songs. It's loosely based on a group of singing fisherman (based in the same village in Cornwall where Doc Martin was filmed, Port Isaac). It's light and easy with some good singing, albeit with a hackneyed and predictable plot. Not an outstanding movie, but good for a feelgood outing.
