I never thought I would like subtitles, until I accidentally watched the girl with the dragon tattoo on SBS before it was famous years ago. What a great movie series. Now, more than 50% of what I watch is foreign, including European, K-dramas and C-dramas.

Didn't the swearing drive you mad? I'm not against swearing but when they say the "f" word in EVERY sentence it gets annoying.
Halfway through the movie people were moaning everytime. I think it would have been enjoyable with about a 1/4 of the swearing.

Yes, I hate how everything you see is full of swearing these days, but I kind of accept it in shows where the characters (if they were real) would use that kind of language. I agree, there was too much of it, however based on the characters portrayed, I wasn't offended by it. I won't watch many of Eddie Murphy shows because of the language though.

    I enjoyed Worth (Netflix).

Based on Kenneth Feinberg's memoir "What Is Life Worth?" ...

Feinberg was appointed Special Master of the Victim Compensation Fund for 9/11 event.

We've enjoyed The Last Duel recently.

The Power of the Dog (directed by Jane Campion) was good, didn't know where it was heading, kept us guessing. Well worth seeing.
