hmmm...the seller seems eager to sell, from the ad's description. Dunno, might have a low hurdle. If so, will depend on number of buyers and how vigorous they are. My bet would be in the range 650-680 range.

Still think 635 is on the money, up to 650 reasonable.

I hate how they are marketing the place...wreaks of desperation. The only thing I can think of to justify their reasoning is that they are trying to draw in a bigger crowd to bid at auction. But personally I don't think this is the best way to do it.

I'm keen to adjust to my original call of $650,000 to $615,000 (if the vendor REALLY does need a sale) but @Leo2413 won't let me, he's trying to save me from myself i think :p

Hard to know if the vendor's agent is just trying to attract punters.
    $642,500.

Then again it's an auction so half of the prospective local buyers in Brisbane would run a mile from it.

A universal 600+ indicates that mt g has certainly moved. It is not long that something on crewe St would not even come close. It still might not

Still overly cocky with my bid, or is it confident
I'll call up and put some dummy bids in to get it out of the 400's:p
