1100m2 and corner block. Not too far from train by the looks (not sure about walking distance - didnt measure).
What would this have been expected to sell for?

It's for residential zoning in NSW. R2 is low density - freestanding houses. R3 is for townhouses.

It says 5 lots but maybe they duped the buyer or there could be a few mature crops hiding in the bushes and obviously the agent can’t make mention of those.

Agent could have sent interested parties a few samples though. Must have been good quality as the place went half million over reserve.

How much could a good mature backyard of crop add to a mt druggit standard lot?

lol If house prices in the Druitt did go down under 300K as some predicted then they’d be here right now rubbing it in.

I noticed that the block next to one I owned in the dreaded sold for $2m in March (same size about 2500m², 25% easement, 400-500m² metalclad shed).

It's moved a little since we sold around 2000 for over $300k

Its really quite common for people to bag buying in lower demographics. Just shows got to ignore the noise.
