    I drove past last time I was in Mt Barker and the front house looked terrific! Well done on the project and for hanging in there trough multiple sales. Good things come to those who are patient. :)

    Thanks for sharing @James McIntyre, i especially liked all your uploads of the surveying/subdivision documents, it was nice to see how another state does it (im a surveyor in vic).

    Yes, of course.These properties do come up from time to time.Having the cheque book handy would also help as they go very quickly,from memory i bought this one the day before it hit the internet, and the agent said at the time, mate, they are lining up after you for this one,6 buyers i believe wanted it as well.
