This is the final pegging plan with the proposed SA Water meter position, the new titles are based on this survey.Iam getting the meter moved to the other corner as i think its too exposed to getting run over in its current position.

Correction.I have been advised a 1.5 meter exclusion between the stobie pole and the meter has to be established. It can be moved further down the driveway, at a $795 cost.It can stay where it is.

The council conditions are fairly straight forward. The 3 main ones i have to get approved are
    1) A diagram of current septic tank and CWMS point, within the current homes boundaries.Certified by a plumber.
    2) The proposed new CWMS (community waste management system) or common effluent point for the new point to firstly obtain a permit, then get a plumber to construct the point for the new homes.
3)Construct a new driveway invert for access to the new block.

    Now

Ring around some tradies to get a few quotes to do this work. Its like winning the lottery to get one to come and give you a quote.Iam lucky i have a trusted drain layer and concreter, but for a newbie.........well!!!!!

    3) STEDS septic tank wastewater point by my drain layer will be $1500. The quote from council was $4994, and they would i found out use the same contractor i am.
