No one has a crystal ball. So no one can be certain. What you can be certain of is that it's very likely in the next 5 years (when a lot if the big developments are completed).
Therefore, as property is > 5 year game (in most cases unless the strategy is more speculative: pimp -reno- flip stuff within 5 years or so.. ).. Invest in Brisbane now to capitalise on untapped (it's now in the beginning stages of being tapped) potential.
    The above is not hype

    This is hype:

Brisbane..new world city... A thriving metropolis that is the envy of leading centres of finance and culture around the globe..from Paris to Hong Kong, citizens, companies, and governments are realising the massive opportunities present in Brisbane and are throwing themselves to capitalise on a new phenomenon that will see the maturation of sun drenched beaches and lifestyle opportunities yet providing ample high paying jobs that make the aforementioned centres of finance and industry truly envious..
Dont delay..invest in Brisbane now to attain benefits that were only once reserved for royalty..Kings, queens, maharajas, sultans..you too can put yourself in that league upon investing in Brisbane.

The HTML document itself begins with <html> and ends with </html>.

    ie a "/" NOT a "\"

    So you're not a spruiker worthy :p

I'd probably selling one more in Sydney. Anticipate profit well over 500k. It's a house + granny, getting good income. why am selling? house is getting old, I am getting old, and IT IS time to do some profit taking.

What about your self? How's the selling going? I understand you're selling dogs in your portfolio. starting from Lizzie...I guess it's gonna take alot of years to sell off right?...good thing is you won't be paying CGT on them.

Profits not yet realized until SOLD....listing still sometime away.... If I don't get the price I want, I'll stick it back for rental $800+ week. I am seeing Sydney rental rising above inflation and a possible boom in the next years.
