We should do a poll on investment properties owned in Brisbane per member.

London needs some spruiking. Lots of confidence lost due to Brexit. Tough landlord tax rules for residents but might overshoot on way down.

Agree with most here; rightly or wrongly; SEQ region has been 'spruiked' the most in the last couple years on here.

Interesting how you bring these properties up again and again... You had the werribee....hoppers....melton for well over 10yrs ... We never hear so much of them until recently when it is finally rising after 10yrs on the back of Melbourne boom . When it booms we hear about them on daily basis...

So of your 30+ properties we often hear of those only rising in price...
How about the butler wellard lakeland H&L in Perth you purchased on the back of Sydney boom? Are gonna hear about them anytime soon or maybe 10yrs down the track perhaps?

if you have time in the game, you eventually get it right sash

This thread isn't about which areas have grown or how successful they've been - it's about which areas are talked about / promoted the most on here.

Correct.....the areas which are most spruiked - i.e. Brissie has not done as well was the comment.

Instead it is getting sidelined...by the usual trolls.

I think my posts are honest the good and the bad...you are absolutely correct in saying that property is a long term investment.

You constant sniping is not winning you much in favors...yes Perth is down..want to take a bet when it does go back up....what will happen?

You were dead cert in that the parts of Victoria would not do much...that might also explain why you have had to sell on quiet....would suggest you go back into your TROLL box.

Also...your ability to deliver fake news on stats rivals the Donald. ;)

despite the spruiking - you called a lot of winners. Stuff like officer and geelong - were the ones I did not think would have much traction but it came out good much better than some suburbs that other ones hype about. And at least got some integrity enough to agree due to the other factors that I was wrong unlike being a broken violin.

it is next to impossible to call 100% winners. Some ppl can call it right more than others. Some don't and just carry on. like it or not - it is always better to have a devil's advocate on what the cons are on any suburb or state.

    The
The reason why seq has had such a high level of spruikinh is because there is so much potential there and is only recently being put to good use.
Spruikers on this forum, including myself, bring the attention of such potential, which is often not immediately clear to Mexicans, BRICS etc..

But when will all of this potential come to fruition?
