when i was young and immature, I was at work, and we had an office of about 5 ppl, through the messaging system there was a colleague I didnt like that much, and I sent a msg to another colleague saying "doesnt so and so smell like urine" becuase he smelt a little odd that day, unfortunately I sent it to the person directly very embarassing
I did something similar/sort of was trying to send an email to my friend, explaining how useless my USA accountant was and I accidently sent it to the accountant... oops... Still waiting for more responses before I have the courage to cough up.... hehe
Not me directly, but at a previous open plan workspace one of the accounts people had an annoying habit of listening to voicemails on speaker phone at full volume. I also do a very good impersonation of a goat/sheep bleating. So I called his extension when he was away from desk and recorded one. Fast forward 30 mins, back he comes, hits voicemail, BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA reverberates around the office and everyone cracks up laughing, he turned bright red. He listened to voicemails on headset after that
