I had a happy ending from Nab Resolve this week. It was rather straight forward considering how difficult they were to deal with previously.

So I'm not the only one then. Had a nightmare getting a discharge from Ubank (NAB), took them 5 or 6 weeks when I was told it would take 3 at most. The delay came within a day of causing us to miss our settlement date of the new property. Pretty sure they do nothing until you start chasing them and I only got action after I started hounding them daily. Deliberate tactic or just plain incompentance either way a disgrace and I will never deal with NAB again.
I made an official complaint to them just to receive a letter back weeks later basically fobbing me off.

I hope labor get in just so this banking royal commission gets to go.
