    Hi all,

    Happy New Year!

    Wondering if anyone can recommend a good mortgage broker?

    Background of my situation in case it helps with finding a match:
    • About to settle on third property but one is joint owned with 2x family members (I find with some banks they assess full repayments but third of rental income)
    • One of the properties is in the process for a DA so I'll also be looking for borrowing for the construction of these 2 new dwellings later this year
    Appreciate the names of anyone you've worked with previously that you'd recommend. :cool:
