Mortgage broker recommendation

    Hi guys

    just wondering if any one can recommend a good and experienced broker. I keep hearing that’s it’s hard for me to get a loan or refinance but I would like a second opinion. I own 5 properties and earn a good income, total LVR is about 75%.

    Plenty that post on here that work in that high lend/ serviceability large portfolio space.

    I would suggest speak to investment savvy mortgage broker. I’ve seen lenders that could vary in borrowing capacity from worst to best lenders by $200k.
