    Hi folks,

Any recommendations please, (from brokers or otherwise) for a broker who is familiar with sourcing loans for people with partnership incomes from professional services firms (law / accounting)?

    We're looking for:
    • Someone who can streamline the process, either by knowing which banks have expertise in this area, or knowing how best to communicate with banks unfamiliar with it.
    • Good rates
    • A pretty standard loan package, fixed/variable split with offset. 80% LVR.
    Thanks.

there is nothing special about that. Most brokers should be able to help.

Most lenders and therefore brokers have specific policy around these

A little more fleshy than a standard PAYG but not like a proper self employed

Ok, thanks Rolf, good to know. I didn't want to assume because our bank is certainly a bit confused... And we haven't even got to the trickier bits.

Couple banks have specific industry policies for these (CBA & WPC). A few others like these customer profiles too and will be more willing to have an exception or two for tricky items if required.
