    Hi all,

    I'm planning for my first investment property in Melbourne and looking for a mortgage broker to help me in this process. Not even sure if he/she should be in Melbourne.

    Can some one please recommend me a good broker?

    Find a broker who not only has the right credentials but who you connect with. Cant recommend Tom Pearse highly enough.
