    Hi, I am new to this thread, I have 1/4 acre block with house and unit in Mornington Mt Martha area, Vic, There is alot of townhouse development going on around me, I had a cold call knock in Dec by ONE major local agent, upon research the builder turns out to be his Brother, How do I go about looking for a good developer who is not going to rip me off
