More cheap properties or less expensive

    I also found the higher value property we had attracted higher pay tenants but the PITA factor was proportionately so much higher than the average IPs. We had some very nice tenants and some horribly entitled ones. I guess it is like every IP but those paying for premium properties can be a little precious and demanding and, of course, there is a much smaller pool of renters to choose from.

    One placement company asked if we could replace 60m of side fence as the prospective tenant thought the existing one wasn't good enough for her :eek:

    Um.... NO!!!

    I have a place with a fully fenced (Colorbond) back yard but the new tenants wanted the front yard also fenced so their children could play there. The proposed new fence would have cost $8000. No...
