    Bejesus...Seamus.....I bought my house with land and walk to station in Werribee for $130k.....I am tempted to redevelop into 3 T/H....

    No land size.
    Not much potential to add value.
    Not particularly close to the CBD.
    Decent house but I don't think it's anything special, let alone even worth buying.
