I have seen a few threads about morayfield to gather as much information about the area as possible. I understand its a lower socio economic area. But I don't see any information about good/bad pockets in Morayfield. Is there any better or worse pockets inside morayfield south or north of train line?

    Thanks

Stay away from the pockets off Morayfield road/bordering caboolture south. You want to look closer to the highway. Caboolture and Morayfield are booming, my houses there are up 30+% in the last 12 months.

If you want to check this out? He said NO NO NO for Morayfield. I am still considering Morayfield though with my budget.

Yea that guy has no idea what he is talking about. There is a huge amount of money being spent on development in Caboolture and Morayfield, obviously there is still some issues with the area as some of it is still a low socioeconomic area but the rapidly increasing rents are changing that pretty quickly (average price is up over 30% in 12 months)

I’ve got property in Moray. It’s done well, paid 280k for it and it’s worth about 365k now. Had it for about 5 years. Cash flows are good. Don’t listen to this guy.
