    Hi,
Wondering what people think of Morayfield and Griffin. From what little research I've done I feel Griffin has better growth potential than Griffin. However, Griffin prices are a little out of my budget and I'm considering surrounding areas. I'm I on the right track?

For a PPOR or an investment property?
Quite different areas to be honest. Depending om your budget and the investment strategy that you are targeting, there may be better locations to target if it is purely investment.

What would you suggest for investment?

Some good value in Morayfield / Caboolture on good sized blocks under 600k for 4 bedders.

bits of Griffin flood from memory but nice area.

Worked in construction on many houses in griffin over the last decade. Nearly got carried away by mosquitoes - PTSD from packing up tools in the evenings and being covered in hundreds of them. Council sprays via helicopter regularly though which helps ‍
