    But I withdrew before it became a done deal - they may have signed the contract but I withdrew in writing before he could contact me. I pulled out for the reasons Steven said.
    I detailed the reasons to the agent in an email, I bet he never disclosed them when asked - I asked, and he denied knowledge to me
    His response to my withdrawal was 'yours wasn't the successful offer last night anyway'. They must have had conditions, and pulled out too. Or didn't exist.

    It's a bit of a long, boring and convoluted story, but he lied to me more than a couple of times.

    You should dob him in to the principal... unless he is the principal. Then dob him in to the franchise boss.
