I struggled just with that. We need to make it so each bidder registers there own bid. It's too hard. Can we have an editable first post?

 

Amending rules back to 1000. What about a cap on bidders?

I was going to say $521k like @dianab , I'd go up to $525k, sure it will go for more. Especially to someone who doesn't do their DD, but it's a decent block.

 

@Azazel Simon Hampel might have an idea to make collecting the bids easier but until then I think @MattADL had a good idea that whoever makes a bid just adds it to the collective bid, like cut and paste.

 

Ok so I drove past this morning. Adjacent to the better park of Moorooka. Well presented- painted and a newish roof. Backyard would be part of an overland flow as someone mentioned but the lot well above flood levels. No sign of shifting stumps or cracking but I would need to get closer to see for sure. Two bedrooms only and a granny flat may be tricky given the overland flow thingy. I reckon 540k if for a PPOR although for that money I see better value elsewhere.

 

I also went for a drive and had a look,good street, tarragindi side of moorooka ,and from standing outside the place looks level good roof and good land value,the ucv rateable would be above 400k,plus with the bcc council garbage kerb-side pickup,found a box with 53 LP'S music
from the 70's,gotta love the real world..

 

I think we just found the real winner in this thread.
